That’s why it’s so important to us to get the budget right. In fact, it’s important enough that we’ll guarantee the final maximum budget we submit. And so far, we’ve completed 100% of our negotiated projects within budget.
It starts in the preliminary phase, with a close look at soft and hard development costs, including site work, utilities, design fees and FFE (furniture, fixtures, equipment) costs. After that, we explore every cost-saving strategy available, like constructability, alternative materials and value engineering.
We’re able to guarantee final budgets because, though starting prices always change, we meticulously define the scope of work, then look for ways to cut costs without cutting corners. Being honest about the project cost up front is a critical element to any project’s success – and this is our specialty. This allows the client to make informed decisions about design and scope as the plans are being developed, before it’s too late.
Progress is monitored at every step to ensure compliance and maintain control. The end result is maximum return on the owner’s investment.
