Adelphia Centre at Millennium Park
A true state-of-the-art facility, Adelphia Centre at Millennium Park uses brick, cast stone, and an aluminum glass curtain wall veneer system over a structural steel frame.
The site’s poor soil condition was a challenge that required a foundation system of caissons and grade beams.
Also included in the project are a cast-in-place concrete parking structure for 550 cars and a 280-foot structural steel pedestrian bridge linking The Centre to East Tennessee State University’s campus.
Features inside the building include six classrooms with computers (one classroom two-tiered), three meeting rooms, a 500-seat ballroom, a full kitchen capable of serving 500, and a Boardroom with computer-controlled lighting and teleconferencing capabilities.
