Diamond Equipment
This project began with the full demolition of the existing offices and the entire mezzanine level. It also included the reconstruction of 5,200 square foot of sales and showrom area.
Some of the major challenges we met were rebuilding a bi-level ceiling with architectural chrome grid, quartz-flooring system with graphic effects, and modifications to the front entry of building. We even relocated storefront entry and glass/panel work to match the existing structure.
In addition to the structural requirements we also provided some interior build-out services. First were custom-built work desks with stainless steel countertops. We also completed a new break area, a large overhead door for moving equipment in & out, and required fire code upgrades. We even extended and recovered their canopy system to match the existing design standards.
