Lenox Plaza Renovation
The building was completely renovated from top to bottom, inside and out, in less than one year. Careful scheduling was required in order for tenants to remain in the building throughout construction.
By operating with a negotiated contract, we were able to fast track the project, incorporate value engineering, and better define the scope of work as the project progressed.
The renovation included:
- Removal of existing exterior skin and replacement on floors 2 – 10 within the first 90 days
- Extension of lobbies and elevators to serve parking areas below grade
- Upgrades of lobbies and restrooms on 10 floors
- Demolition of 100,000 square feet of tenant space (most of it rebuilt)
- Installation of a new brick paver entrance with new landscaping
