Northchase Suite 203 Renovations
This project included demolition and remodeling for approximately 800 square feet of office space. It also included complete renovations to the internal finishes throughout the space.
The internal finishes included rework of the ceiling grid and modifications to the sprinkler system. More finish work included re-staining all the wood finishes, re-laminating cabinetry, installing new flooring and painting throughout.
PBG worked closely with the owner to develop an appropriate schedule for completion to accommodate the tenants lease agreement. We stayed completely within the original budget and only had one scope change due to a new request of the client.
