Pre-Construction

The pre-construction phase of any project establishes the level of performance.  It is at this time that the foundation for communication, responsibility,  and accountability are defined and established.  PBG Builders' philosophy and time-tested results reflects that the final product is substantially enhanced when the architect and the builder are united at the beginning of the project.
