General Mills - Site Security Improvements

"...as I continue to expand my working relationship with your staff (in this case specifically, Jeff Rhinehart), I am very appreciative of PBG's quality and thoroughness.  Your company embodies a standard that affords the entire team to expend their best energies towards meeting the Client's goals.  It continues to be a breath of fresh air in the current frenetic environment to work with you."

LP Field - Fan Experience Renovations

"We were the Architect of Record on the recent renovations of LP Field in Nashville, Tennessee. I want to express to you how great a job PBG Builders, Inc. did on the project. The project was on time, in budget and construction quality was outstanding! What a pleasure to work with such a capable, experienced and dedicated staff and company!

You are by far the best General Contractor that we have worked with in my forty-five year career! Thanks again for such outstanding performance and we hope to work with you many times in the future!"

17 South Briar Hollow Lane - Office Building Transformation

"The reconstruction of 17 South Briar Hollow Lane began in the Spring of 2011 as a fairly small space planning and office build-out project as we were converting its use from a multi-tenant building to an owner-occupied building. Unfortunately, what began as a simple office build-out project turned into a complete gut and reconstruction effort including, but not limited to, all new MPE equipment and systems, new exterior windows, the addition of a second elevator and a skywalk bridge from the office building to the parking garage. To make matters worse, the work had to be complete and ready for occupancy on or before January 31, 2012 or our company would be subject to a substantial holdover penalty from our former landlord.

Even in the face of substantial challenges due to the ever increasing scope of work, Mr. Prow and his staff at PBG Builders, Inc. achieved, what is to my knowledge a perfect safety record and brought the project in on time. Furthermore, our experience has been that PBG Builders, Inc. is very responsive and will stand behind its work. Not only do I wholeheartedly recommend PBG Builders, Inc., but our organization is currently using them on another project and will surely use them again in the future."

Alumni Hall At Meharry Medical College

"Over the past two decades of architectural practice, I have had the opportunity to work with a number of good contractors, but one company stands out in its ability to deliver the project on time and within budget, PBG Builders. Our firm recently completed a high profile Design-Build renovation and expansion to Alumni Hall on the Meharry Medical College campus with PBG Builders and their team. This project involved extremely tight time and budgetary constraints and thanks to PBG's ability to coordinate project schedule, facilitate project communication, and manage project delivery, the project both met and exceeded the expectation of our firm and Meharry Medical College.

Cost, time and quality drive a construction project. PBG Builders led the Design-Build team from the early stages of design through the completion of construction and, in lending their construction experience and pricing knowledge to the process, elevated the quality of the project while maintaining a watchful eye on the Client's budget. Too often the Design-Build process is misconstrued as a profit center for General Contractors when in fact a well-managed Design-Build process can greatly increase the value of an Owner's investment in the project. PBG clearly understands and respects the roles of all parties involved from the Client to the Design Professional to the Contractor allowing them to masterfully negotiate bids and solicit information necessary to deliver quality projects to their Clients. With regard personally to Tim Prow and Scott Delano, I wholly endorse their services to any construction project. Their integrity and experience are unique in the construction  industry allowing them to consistently exceed Owner expectations.

If the success of a project is measured in adherence to budget, exceeding schedule demands and Client satisfaction with quality and design, then the Meharry Medical College Alumni Hall project was a home run."
